All rates include the conference participation from 22 - 24 September 2025 and the Workshops on 22 September 2025. The registration fees also include a conference app, a book of abstracts and a list of participants (as PDF file) as well as food & beverages during all coffee and lunch breaks and the Networking Get-together Dinner on the 23 September 2025. The printed programme overview will be handed out on-site.

Visa application
Participants from a number of countries may need an entry visa for Germany. It is recommended that the visa should be applied as soon as possible before the meeting. If a formal invitation letter is needed please use our application tool below in good time.

Registration
Registration is, depending on the availability, possible up to the beginning of the conference. You will receive a confirmation of registration immediately after your registration. You will receive the invoice, with payment confirmation, by mail.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations are only accepted in writing (i.e. by fax, surface mail or e-mail).
Please find the details about cancellation dates and fees in the general terms and conditions. In case of a "no-show", the conference fees won't be refunded and fees not yet paid still have to be paid.
